The Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Division of Health Care Finance (KDHE-DHCF) is amending the Kansas Medicaid State Plan to clarify the language regarding Third Party Liability.

The proposed effective date for the state plan amendment (SPA) is August 20, 2021.
